In the Android version of FINAL FANTASY Portal App, push notifications do not arrive under the following conditions:
・The app is older than Ver. 2.1.3
・The app has never been started up after updating to Ver. 2.1.4
For affected customers, we ask that you please update to the latest Ver. 2.1.4 (released on Dec. 21, 2020) and then start up the application once.
